Did I Just Say That Out Loud?
Eliminating Cringe-Worthy Leadership Moments
Presented by Carlann Fergusson, owner of Propel Forward LLC

Thursday, March 14 • 2-4 p.m. • $30

This session will provide you with the deeper insight needed to
understand where self-sabotaging behaviors originate so that you
can change them. Carlann will share the 10 most frequent patterns
of overused strengths that derail otherwise successful leaders.
You will identify the ability that got you noticed as a leader,
but when overused leads to perceptions of being impractical, uncaring, demanding,
pessimistic, the know-it-all, condescending, egotistical, or manipulative. You will
also learn to notice your physical signs that you are getting ready to overreact and
learn a few quick tips to bring your behavior back in balance before you say anything
you will regret.
