Client Services Manager
Lisa Borrayo is a consultative partner to API’s clientele, identifying and collaborating with the most suitable business aviation candidates for a wide variety of career opportunities. Lisa’s position is one of the most critical at API, requiring a high degree of professionalism, discretion and decorum to interpret API’s client needs and match them with the most skilled and talented candidates in the marketplace.
A consummate professional, Lisa has honed her exceptional project management and organizational skills over an eight-year career, serving the diverse needs of the business aviation industry.
Lisa’s business aviation experience began at ASMCORP, an aviation services and fuel provider in Mexico, Latin America and the Caribbean.
At ASMCORP, she served as Sales Manager, where she was responsible for building and managing client relationships, training and account management. In addition, she was solely responsible for the needs of 40-plus business aviation flight departments across various industry segments and geographic boundaries.
Earlier at ASMCORP, Lisa was an Operations Specialist for the company. In that role, she oversaw client requests handled by the Operations team. She also arranged and supervised a number of services across a wide geographic area, including ground handling, fuel, catering, ground transportation and accommodations.
Fluent in both English and Spanish, Lisa is a dual citizen of Mexico and the United States. She is also a licensed psychologist, having earned her degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Nuevo Leon, in Monterrey, Mexico.
Lisa’s broad involvement in and dedication to the aviation industry is impressive. She is a member of the National Business Aviation Association and its notable “YoPro” organization, as well as Women in Corporate Aviation. She also serves on the NBAA’s Schedulers and Dispatchers Committee, and speaks on workforce-related topics at numerous aviation events.
