Business Manager

Codi Quick collaborates with API’s recruiting team and candidates throughout the API Registered Professional™ application process, by providing seamless technology, pre-employment and communication support.

As Business Manager, she’s responsible for working on various projects related to operations, technology, logistics and process improvement. She also works with client hiring managers to coordinate candidate presentations, and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Codi has vast experience as a business manager and communications specialist, having led many organizations through their start-up, survival, turnaround and growth phases.

She double majored in Business Administration and Communications, and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ashford University.
