2023 Business Aviation Hiring Outlook

In 2023, hiring in our industry is expected to remain robust, as business aviation continues to experience strong demand for industry professionals.

Despite some potential economic uncertainties on the horizon, employers are expected to continue to encounter job candidates whose priorities are not simply higher compensation.

“Pay is obviously the big driver” in looking for a new job, notes Jennifer Guthrie, CEO of In-Flight Crew Connections. “But second to that is quality of life, benefits and [the question of] is it a better company for them and their family?”

In this episode of NBAA’s “Flight Plan,” host Rob Finfrock speaks with:

  • Jennifer Guthrie, CEO, In-Flight Crew Connections
  • Jennifer Pickerel, vice president, Aviation Personnel International
  • Sam Scanlon, managing partner, JSFirm.com
